Aalto identified this site for our client to develop a ‘build to rent ‘ project for the longer term. It has been designed with ‘future proofing’ in mind.
DKO Architecture has designed a ‘European style’ residential project of 20 generous sized two and three bedroom apartments and associated carparking over a two level basement.
The project is currently in planning involving sensitive landscape issues. We have engaged Eckersley Garden Architecture to respond with a well designed garden environment for the enjoyment of occupiers and neighbours.
Aalto is providing full development services.
